Credit Reports

Creditworthiness of a company represents an assessment of the likelihood that insolvency or bankruptcy will occur in the near future. Our detailed credit report offers key data such as: company ownership, business ratings, estimates of the highest amount of exposure to that company, historical data on blockages, bank account data, a summary and commentary on financial indicators, and other important data. In addition to your own company, you can request this report for any other Croatian company.

Monitoring

It is often said that you need right information at the right time. But how can you get information about key changes with your customers, suppliers, partners, or competitors as soon as they occur? Our monitoring service sends you notifications about changes for Croatian companies that you choose to monitor, with a single click. Company Valuation

We are the first and only company that has valuations of all Croatian companies. Our methodology was developed and refined by our partner analyst and media commentator, Hrvoje Serdarušić. These valuations are available through the Premium+ package or individually, as certificates. These valuations are ideal or entrepreneurs who want to track their company value or sell it to an interested buyer, as well as shareholders. They are also popular with investors who want an independent valuation, financial institutions, managers and supervisory boards.

Our data is updated and verified daily.

You can export basic data, such as the one from advanced search, in both .csv and .xls format. You may import the data in these formats to your CRM or risk management software of choice. If you require a specific solution or integration, get in touch with us here.

For urgent data changes, you may submit a request via our e-mail address, along with relevant documentation (e.g. financial report submission confirmation).

There might be several reasons why data is not displayed for certain companies or entities. Some of the most common are:

The company was recently founded and has not yet submitted its first financial statements.
The company failed to submit its financial statements within the required deadline.
Entities in question are not required to submit annual financial statements, such as sole proprietorships, athletes, independent artists, citizen associations, religious organizations, etc.
This entity has been deleted from the court register, but data about its business operations is still available via Bon.hr.

Related entities are those that share the same owner, director, or authorised representative with the selected entity. This can be useful if, for example, a particular business entity has recently been established and shares the same owner with other entities. If the other entities are doing well, the likelihood that the company in question will also do well is greater than if other entities were bankrupt.

Bon.hr is the first and only source to list company valuations for all Croatian companies. The methodology was designed and tested by our eminent financial analyst, Hrvoje Serdarušić. This methodology is publicly available here.

The valuation listed on Bon.hr is completely independent. The same methodology is applied to all Croatian companies. The value decreases or increases depending on the company's performance, financing conditions and global macroeconomic situation.

The Basic version aims at entrepreneurs who want to find out or monitor the value of a company or might consider selling, buyers who want an independent valuation, or shareholders. It contains a median of different valuation methods applied, its trends in recent years, basic company data, as well as key indicators and metrics for this company. The PRO version is suited for those who want to analyse the estimated value in more detail and better understand the risks this company faces. It contains a list of all valuation methods, as well as Altman's Z-score model, which helps predict the possibility of this company going bankrupt. Find out more here.

Most often, this is due to one of the following reasons:

The company has only recently started business and does not have a long enough history to calculate a reliable valuation.
The company is in pre-bankruptcy, bankruptcy or has its bank accounts frozen.
The company is in liquidation.
The company does not have a positive equity value, i.e. it is indebted above the value of its assets.

You can, and it's very simple! Visit the profile of the desired company. Click the button in the upper right corner click that says "Activate monitoring". In the future, you will receive notifications about key changes related to that company to your email address.

Within the Basic Plan, you can download a detailed credit report for your own company. For all other Croatian companies, credit reports are available with the Advanced, Premium or Premium+ plan. If you would like to order an individual credit report, you can do so via this form.
